The leadership and personnel of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia in the Republic of Tatarstan and the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Tatarstan today saw off the Honored Rescuer of the Republic of Tatarstan, Executive Secretary of the Federation of Fire-Applied Sports of the Republic of Tatarstan, candidate for Master of Sports of the USSR, retired Lieutenant Colonel of the Internal Service Valery Zinovievich Grishenkov.
Valery Zinovievich Grishenkov died after a serious and prolonged illness on the eve of March 23. The civil memorial service was held in the sports arena of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia in the Republic of Tatarstan – this was decided by relatives and the leadership of the Tatarstan Central Board of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia.
Relatives, friends, work colleagues came to say goodbye to Valery Zinovievich, as well as the leadership and personnel of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia in the Republic of Tatarstan, headed by Chief Rafis Khabibullin and the leadership of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Tatarstan, headed by Acting Minister Tahir Karimullin.
