On the World Civil Defense Day, Vasilievo cadets of the EMERCOM visited the Museum of Fire Protection of Zelenodolsk
Open lessons dedicated to the celebration of the World Civil Defense Day were held on March 1 in educational institutions throughout the republic. The purpose of such lessons is to acquaint children with the functions of Civil Defense, with the signals of civil defense and the actions of the population in wartime and peacetime, to form the concept of "civil defense" and to consolidate the rules of safe behavior in the event of a fire.
In Zelenodolsk, employees of the Ministry of Emergency Situations, in addition to conducting classes in schools, organized an excursion to the Museum of Fire Protection for pupils of the Vasilievsky Cadet boarding school named after Hero of the Soviet Union Nikolai Volostnov.
Students of the fifth and sixth grades, who visited here for the first time, came to the next excursion dedicated to the World Civil Defense Day.
