SISV raid: cases of cars leaving the ice in prohibited places have become more frequent in the republic
Inspectors of the SISV Center of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia in the Republic of Tatarstan conducted a preventive raid on the Volga River water area together with police officers and the State Technical Supervision Department of the Republic of Tatarstan. The purpose is to identify violations of the rules of safe behavior on the water, as well as to bring to administrative responsibility fishermen who fish in a restricted area on the sites of wintering pits and use snowmobiles without having the appropriate permits.
11 people were brought to justice, in respect of whom administrative protocols were drawn up. That is why the inspectors of the SISV Center, together with police officers and Gostechnadzor, have strengthened the conduct of such raids.
SISV inspectors conducted preventive conversations with fishermen, reminded that it is very dangerous to stay on ice in the dark during winter fishing, and it is also necessary to monitor a sharp change in the weather. Emergency workers handed out memos to fishermen.
