Congratulations to the anniversarian: 70 years to the chairman of the best veteran organization of the EMERCOM of Russia in Tatarstan!
Vladimir Matveev, a veteran of the detachment of the Federal Fire Service of the Nizhnekamsk branch of the Department of Contractual Divisions in the Republic of Tatarstan, turned 70 years old. He devoted 48 of them to the fire service.
His vocation was the prevention of fires at car tire production facilities. Vladimir Alekseevich worked as an inspector, and also held senior positions in fire and rescue units No. 37, No. 57 and 70. Having a wealth of experience, he was a mentor for dozens of highly qualified specialists who, as part of various units of the detachment, are now guarding the fire safety of the Nizhnekamsk industrial complex. In 2020, Vladimir Alekseevich headed the Council of Veterans of the detachment.
The work of the Nizhnekamsk organization, according to the results of last year, was recognized as the best in the republic among the units of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia. Colleagues of the veteran, led by the head of the detachment Ramil Shigapov, congratulated the hero of the day on his birthday, expressed gratitude and their best wishes.
