The national team of the Republic of Tatarstan has again won the Cup of the Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan in fire and rescue sports
The traditional tournament, held in the capital of the Republic of Tatarstan, has been opening the official season of All-Russian competitions in fire and rescue sports in the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia for many years.
Athletes from many regions strive to Kazan to test their strength on the eve of decisive starts. For the Cup of the Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan, a team fight is being conducted in three types of the program - overcoming a 100–meter obstacle course, climbing an assault ladder and a double event.
The geography of the tournament is expanding every year. This year, athletes representing 18 constituent entities of the Russian Federation competed for the main prize.
In the overall standings, together with the team of the Republic of Tatarstan, the place on the remaining steps of the podium was taken by the teams of St. Petersburg and the Sverdlovsk region, who won silver and bronze.
