This was stated today by Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov at a joint meeting of the Boards of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia in the Republic of Tatarstan and the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Tatarstan. The meeting was devoted to the results of the activities of civil defense and the Unified State System of Emergency Prevention and Response of the Republic of Tatarstan in 2022 and the setting of tasks for 2023.
Before the beginning of the board, Rustam Minnikhanov got acquainted with new promising models of warning and communication equipment, as well as the latest models of fire and rescue equipment and equipment. The meeting began with a video, where the most important events of the past year were briefly shown. The report was made by the head of the Main Department of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia in the Republic of Tatarstan, Lieutenant General of the Internal Service Rafis Khabibullin.
Then the President of the Republic of Tatarstan presented a number of state awards, and the head of the Republican headquarters of the Ministry of Emergency Situations noted the most distinguished employees of the department with departmental medals. In the second part of the meeting, the leadership of the MD and the ministry discussed pressing issues in the most important areas of activity.
