Head of the Russian EMERCOM in Tatarstan Rafis Khabibullin took part in the action "Wish Tree"
On New Year's Eve and on the Day of the Rescuer of the Russian Federation, the head of the Main Department of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia in the Republic of Tatarstan Rafis Khabibullin took part in the New Year's action "Wish Tree".
Its purpose is to give joy and a feeling of New Year's magic. The campaign has been implemented since 2018 throughout Russia and every year unites thousands of caring citizens who are ready to do good deeds.
Rafis Khabibullin took a balloon from the "Wish Tree"-a postcard of a 14-year-old Aizila from the Kama Estuary, who dreamed of a smartphone. As the chief rescuer assured, the child's wish will be fulfilled. And now this day has come. And it turned out that there were actually two children's desires in this family. The head of the Kamsko-Ustinsky district Nail Vazikhov took off a balloon with her younger brother's dream.
Thanks to the All-Russian action "Wish Tree" miracles are already happening in the lives of children. Everyone can take part in the action.
