Ensuring security during the New Year holidays is the task not only of supervisory authorities, but also of heads of local self–government bodies

    A meeting of the Commission on Emergency Prevention and Elimination and Fire Safety of the Republic of Tatarstan chaired by First Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Nigmatullin was held today at the Government House of the Republic of Tatarstan.
    Two issues were considered at the meeting:
    "On additional measures to ensure the comprehensive safety of the population during the New Year and Christmas holidays"
    "On additional measures to ensure the safe operation of domestic gas equipment and household gas cylinders".
    Opening the next meeting of the Commission, Rustam Nigmatullin reminded those present that New Year's holidays with winter holidays are a holiday for the residents of the republic, and for the entire system of emergency situations – busy weekdays.
    By the decree of the Cabinet of Ministers, a special fire protection regime has been introduced on the territory of the republic. This Resolution defines a set of measures to ensure fire safety during the preparation and holding of New Year's festive events.
    Violation of fire safety requirements in conditions of a special fire regime, entail the imposition of adm. fine
    for citizens of 10 to 20 thousand rubles;
    for officials - from 30 to 60 thousand rubles;
    for persons engaged in entrepreneurial activity without the formation of a legal entity - from 60 to 80 thousand rubles;
    for legal entities – from 400 to 800 thousand rubles.
