Leonid Sovetnikov: how to become four times the best employee in Russia of contractual units of the Federal Fire Service
Leonid Sovetnikov, the commander of the department of the fire and rescue unit No. 92 of the Federal Fire Service detachment of the Nizhnekamsk branch of the Department of Contractual Units of the FFS in the Republic of Tatarstan, was recognized for the fourth time as the winner of the All-Russian review competition "The best employee of Contractual Units"!
Nizhnekamsk firefighter showed his outstanding athletic form, excellent professional training and extensive theoretical knowledge. Success at the federal level was preceded by an unconditional victory at the republican stage of the competition. Leonid Sovetnikov's trainer-mentor is the legend of the Nizhnekamsk contract squad of the fire service, the multiple winner of All–Russian competitions of professional skill - Andrey Semashkin.
Leonid Sovetnikov connected his professional life with fire protection in 2009. He started as an ordinary firefighter, and today he continues to work as a squad commander. Has experience of participating in the elimination of a fire at a petrochemical production facility. In his spare time, he enjoys various sports – athletics, cross-country skiing and sambo. Together with his wife, he brings up two daughters.
