Volunteers take experience in rescuing people from professionals
As part of the All-Russian Volunteer Day, firefighters of the specialized fire and rescue unit No. 48 of the seventh Search and Rescue Squad shared their professional experience and skills in rescuing people with the All-Russian Student Rescue Corps and the "Youth" of the All-Russian Popular Front. Firefighters are always welcome to such guests, because volunteers provide invaluable assistance to fire departments in the elimination of various incidents.
A sightseeing tour of the specialized fire and rescue unit No. 48 was conducted for young visitors by the head himself, Major of the internal service Niyaz Nasibullin. He told the volunteers that firefighters, if necessary, go to fight the fire in neighboring regions. An airmobile group has been created on the basis of the fire department, which provides assistance in extinguishing wildfires and during high water.
After a short conversation, the firefighters showed the guests the fire-technical equipment, hydraulic tools and insulating suits that have entered service. The event ended with a home tea party, and general photography.
