The best specialist in receiving and processing calls has been identified in the republican emergency call service 112
The staff of the state budgetary institution of the Republic of Tatarstan "Emergency Call Service – 112" for the first time held a competition "The best specialist in receiving and processing emergency calls" according to the results of 2022. Nine participants made it to the final, eight of them were girls. But the victory went to the only man – Shavkat Fakhriev.
The competition was held in several stages. At first, the best call reception and processing operators were selected in the call centers of the system-112 in the cities of Naberezhnye Chelny and Kazan. According to the results of the 1st stage, 9 specialists - the most worthy representatives of the institution – reached the final. The final took place today in the building of the IT Park at the Boiling Point site.
The main objectives of the competition were to improve the professional skills of specialists in receiving and processing emergency calls of GBU "Service – 112" and to stimulate their professional growth.
