The competition was attended by the most experienced specialists in the field of civil defense from municipal districts of the Republic of Tatarstan. On September 22, 2017, there was held a test on issues of theoretical knowledge and doing the following tests on radiation and chemical protection by participants: putting on gas mask, using means of individual protection of skin and respiratory system, preparing an appliance of chemical reconnaissance for operation, and providing medical aid.

Incidents as of September 24:

Fire departments of Federal Fire Service of the Headquarters of EMERCOM of Russia for the Republic of Tatarstan went on alert 54 times. Including garbage extinguishing – 16, false alarms – 15, short circuit of wiring without burning – 3, meal burning – 1, cooperation with other services – 5. Firefighters of the republic eliminated 10 fires: residential sector – 3, outhouses – 6, garden houses – 1.
