Today, rescuers came to visit students of Koschakovo high school of Pestretsy District on an all-terrain vehicle – swamp buggy. As soon as the huge swamp buggy entered the school gates, children surrounded it from all sides. The conversation with the schoolchildren was held by a rescuer of the zonal search and rescue squad No. 2 of SAR under EMERCOM RT, Dmitry Kornilov. Rescuers also took various gear and equipment, which they use in their job. They conduct such lessons with schoolchildren regularly and try to prevent accidents on the water involving children.

The leadership of the Headquarters of EMERCOM of Russia for the Republic of Tatarstan, the Board of Veterans and colleagues heartily congratulated a veteran of USSR Civil Defense forces, Colonel Vadim Lintvaryov, with 85th anniversary. For a long time from February 1974 until December 1985, he has headed the Civil Defense Headquarters of Tatar Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republic. For service years he was awarded with ‘For courage in fire’ medal and another 16 state and departmental awards.
