The corresponding resolution of 18.08.2021 No. 740 "On the use of water bodies during the festive fireworks dedicated to the Day of the Republic of Tatarstan and the Day of the City of Kazan" was approved by the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan.

 

"In accordance with Articles 6 and 25 of the Water Code of the Russian Federation, paragraph 1.3 of the Rules for the protection of human life on water bodies located on the territory of the Republic of Tatarstan, approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan dated 23.04.2009 No. 256 "On approval of the Rules for the protection of human life on water bodies located on the territory of the Republic of Tatarstan", in order to ensure the safety of human life in the water area of the Kazanka River, During the festive fireworks dedicated to the Day of the Republic of Tatarstan and the Day of the City of Kazan, the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan DECIDES:

1. To establish a ban on the use of small vessels, as well as sailing, pleasure, sports vessels, including jet skis, kayaks, rowing boats, on the Kazanka River on the section from the Millennium Bridge to the Kirov Dam during the festive fireworks dedicated to the Day of the Republic of Tatarstan and the Day of the City of Kazan, from 21.30 to 22.30 hours on August 30, 2021.

2. To establish that the ban on the use of vessels specified in paragraph 1 of this resolution does not apply to vessels involved in the preparation and security during the festive fireworks dedicated to the Day of the Republic of Tatarstan and the Day of the City of Kazan," the decree signed by the Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan Alexey Pesoshin says.
