The supervisory activity inspectors continue to examine the election venues
Ensuring security at the sites of the upcoming elections is the main task of the EMERCOM employees, who are checking the locations of future polling stations these days.
94 polling stations will be opened in the Zelenodolsk municipal district in September. Their fire supervision inspectors should examine them by the end of August. Now employees of the Department of Supervisory Activities and Preventive Work on the ZMR are systematically visiting all schools, cultural centers, creative centers. All the necessary documents for ensuring fire safety are checked at each object. Logs for conducting briefings, operating fire protection systems, contracts for the maintenance of automatic fire alarm systems, certificates of checking the operability of the AFS.
In addition, before the start of the elections, additional briefings on fire safety measures will be organized and conducted with members of election commissions and service personnel at all involved facilities, as well as working out evacuation plans for people in case of a fire. Information about the detected violations of fire safety requirements and the results of preventive visits will be sent to the head of the Zelenodolsk municipal district, the chairman of the territorial election commission and to the prosecutor's office.
