During the aviation holiday "I choose the sky!" on August 7, 2021, the water areas of the Volga and Kazanka rivers will be used. To ensure the safety of people's lives, the Decree of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan No. 526 of 01.07.2021 establishes a ban on departure on small vessels, as well as sailing, pleasure, sports vessels, including jet skis, kayaks, rowing boats, on the section of the Kazanka River from the Kremlin Dam to the Millennium Bridge on August 7, 2021 from 12.00 to 20.00.

To ensure the safety of these mass events, the forces and means of The main Department of EMERCOM of the Russian Federation in the Republic of Tatarstan and the EMERCOM of the Republic of Tatarstan will be on duty at the venues.
