This was announced today at a meeting of the Commission for the Prevention and Elimination of Emergency Situations and Ensuring Fire Safety of the Republic of Tatarstan by the head of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Emergencies of Russia for the Republic of Tatarstan Rafis Khabibullin.
