Fire and tactical exercises were held at the facility of the Nizhnekamsk tire factory
Fire and rescue units of the Nizhnekamsk branch of the Department of Contractual Divisions of the Federal Fire Service for the Republic of Tatarstan conducted fire and tactical exercises at the facility of the Nizhnekamsk Tire factory.
According to the plan of the exercise, when conducting fire work in violation of fire safety rules, there was a fire of car tires in stacks in the warehouse of finished products.
Having received the alarm signal, the first guard on duty PSCh-57, led by the head of the unit Renat Biteev, arrives at the scene of the fire. After conducting a reconnaissance, assessing the situation, finding out that there were no casualties – he, as the head of fire extinguishing, transmits operational information to the central fire communication point and confirms the call No. 2. RTP gave an order to install a tanker truck on a fire hydrant, carry out a combat deployment and as part of the gas and smoke protection service, submit a carriage barrel for extinguishing.
After the fire, the guards on duty arrive at the scene of the fire.№№ 29, 30, 35, 37, 44, 47, 50. A fire-fighting headquarters is being organized, and combat areas are being created.
A pumping station is installed on the cooling tower and a main line is laid to the fire site. New carriage barrels are used to extinguish and protect adjacent stacks with car tires, building structures and columns, and roofs.
By the 30th minute, the conditional fire is localized. By the 33rd – completely eliminated.
According to the results of the exercise, the actions of the fire protection units of the Nizhnekamsk petrochemical complex received a satisfactory assessment.
