Unusual delegation

1 June 2021, Tuesday

Today, in honor of the Children's Protection Day, pupils of the Almetyevsk orphanage came to visit the firefighters of the 15th unit. The close study of the details of the service and the barrage of questions the personnel not only withstood with dignity, but also gave a reception, as they say, "at the highest level".
More than 20 teenagers aged from 7 to 16 years arrived on an educational excursion. And they could capture a lot of things. Even from afar, the children saw a massive bright red car equipment. However, before approaching it, they listened to a detailed briefing on the behavior of the tour. Being on the territory of the squadron, although it is an honor, is a great responsibility. At any time, the guard can go to the call. And here it is very important to behave correctly – not to interfere and not to delay. As an instructor and tour guide, the young generation was accompanied by the commander of department 15 of the fire and rescue unit Ilyas Bagautdinov.
The foam lift, tank trucks and other equipment on the chassis of "Kamaz" and "Mercedes" very impressed the guys. Then the boys and girls went to the models of fire-technical weapons and samples of combat clothing. They learned in what situations fighters need chemical protection suits and heat-reflecting suits.
The next stage of the tour was to introduce the children to the process of receiving and processing a signal about an incident and collecting fighters for departure. The speed and agility of the latter so impressed the young guests that they gave the firefighters a long round of applause.
The warm meeting ended on a touching note. The children of the orphanage expressed a loud and friendly "thank you" to the personnel of the unit, asked for the speedy continuation of such excursions and were captured in a memorable photo.
