Installation of autonomous fire detectors in tht Terci village of Agryz district
Within the framework of the republican program, these vital alarm devices have been installed in the households of families registered with the social protection authorities for more than five years. These are mainly families with children, single elderly citizens, and disabled people. Autonomous fire detectors have been showing their effectiveness for several years and save the lives of adults and children in whose households they were installed.
During the next raid, 18 autonomous smoke detectors were installed in 6 households of newly identified families in the village of Terci in the Agryz district at the expense of the Executive Committee. These are 2 households of persons over 70 and 4 households of disadvantaged citizens. The head of the department of supervision and preventive work in the Agryz municipal district, Airat Shaidullin, held a conversation with all the residents and reminded them about the fire safety rules.
In total, from 2016 to the present, 136 people, including 55 children, have been rescued from fires in the housing stock of the Republic of Tatarstan as a result of 71 failures of autonomous fire detectors.
