Employees of the State Fire Supervision conduct daily preventive raids in the residential sector and in horticultural associations in order to identify and prevent violations of fire safety rules in a special fire-fighting regime.
Today, the inspectors of the Ministry of Emergency Situations were looking for violators of the law in the horticultural association " Bay" in the village Pobedilovo in the Privolzhsky district of Kazan.
Recall that until May 16, 2021, a special fire-fighting regime has been established on the territory of the Republic of Tatarstan. During this period, it is prohibited:
- bonfires, burning of solid household waste, dry grass and garbage;
- use of an open fire for cooking in special fireproof containers
- the use of pyrotechnic products of the 1st-3rd hazard class in the territories of settlements, children's recreation organizations, horticultural or horticultural associations, economic objects;
According to Article 20.4. "Violation of fire safety requirements" of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation in the conditions of a special fire regime provides for the imposition of an administrative fine:
on citizens in the amount of two thousand to four thousand rubles;
for officials-from fifteen thousand to thirty thousand rubles;
for legal entities-from two hundred thousand to four hundred thousand rubles.
Grateful summer residents, in turn, invited employees of the Ministry of Emergency Situations to a barbecue, but only after May 16.
Summing up the results of the preventive raid, the head of the department of supervisory activities and preventive work in the Privolzhsky district of Kazan, Artur Rakhmatullin, noted that there are 42 gardening companies in the district, and by May 10 they will definitely once again visit all the partnerships to conduct preventive conversations and identify violators. So the barbecue will have to be postponed until the end of the special fire protection regime.
