During the fire-dangerous period, employees of the State Fire Supervision conduct preventive work not only with the population, but also with representatives of agricultural enterprises in order to prevent the burning of dry stubble in the fields, because every year such uncontrolled fire is transferred to settlements bordering on farmland, where dozens of houses burn down.
To prevent the burning of dead wood in the fields and adjacent territories – such a task was faced today by the prevention group of the Vysokogorsky district. The village of Novye Biryuli of Chepchugovsky rural settlement is just located near a field, a railway track and a highway. And it was from here that the professional group began monitoring the fire-dangerous situation, which included employees of the district State Fire supervision, police, representatives of agricultural enterprises, rural settlements and foresters of the suburban forestry. First of all, they controlled how the harrowing of perennial grasses is carried out in the field owned by JSC "Biryuli". This farmland borders closely with the locality, so if dead wood catches fire there, then in windy weather the flames can quickly spread to residential buildings. By the way, this is exactly how the requirements of the Rules of the Fire Regime in the Russian Federation, which entered into force on January 1, 2021, are fulfilled. The penalty for violating these requirements is from 2 to 4 thousand rubles.
