Employees of the Tatarstan EMERCOM demonstrated the skills of first aid and psychological support

Today, firefighters and rescuers from Tatarstan took part in the qualifying stage of the All-Russian competition "Human Factor-2021". As part of this stage, teams from the regions of the Volga Federal District will face off in a video conference mode. Two teams-the Search and Rescue Service of the Republic of Tatarstan under the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Tatarstan and the special fire and rescue unit No. 48 for extinguishing large fires of the Federal State Budgetary Institution" 7 FFSU of the Republic of Tatarstan" - represent the republic's professional rescuers.
Each region has its own airtime. Tatarstan citizens started testing in the video conference mode at noon. The test questions covered theory knowledge in the field of first aid and psychological support. Earlier, the contestants sent the jury videos in which they demonstrated in practice the skills of first aid and psychological support, as well as the ability to clearly and fascinatingly convey the techniques of rescue to conditional listeners.   
The All-Russian competitions are held for the fifth year on the initiative of the Center for Emergency Psychological Assistance of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia in order to ensure the availability and improve the quality of psychological support and first aid provided to citizens in accidents and other situations that threaten people's lives.
The winning teams of the qualifying stage will meet in June 2021 in Moscow to determine the best professionals of the EMERCOM of Russia in providing psychological assistance in emergency situations.
