Kazan medical students became the winners of the qualifying stage of the All-Russian competition "The Human factor"
Today, on the basis of the Main Department of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia in the Republic of Tatarstan, the qualifying stage of the All-Russian competition "Human Factor"has ended. Representatives of five teams, consisting of three participants, competed for the victory. The competitions were held in strict accordance with the rules of the sanitary and epidemiological regime.
The All-Russian competition "The Human Factor", organized by the EMERCOM of Russia with the support of the Center for Emergency Psychological Assistance of the EMERCOM of Russia, has been held for the fifth year. The aim of the project is to teach young people how to provide psychological support and first aid to citizens in case of accidents, injuries and other conditions that threaten their life and health. They contribute to the effective assimilation of theoretical knowledge and practical skills in providing psychological support and first aid.
Students of two universities of Kazan expressed their desire to participate in the competition this year. And also volunteers of the All-Russian public youth organization "All-Russian student body of rescuers". The qualifying stage of the All-Russian competitions was held in the form of testing on first aid and psychological support.
In almost an hour, the participants had to answer 60 questions, 20 of them on psychology, and the remaining 40 on medicine. The territorial panel of judges approved by the Order of the Main Department of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia for the Republic of Tatarstan was engaged in scoring and checking the answers.
- Participation in these competitions contributes to the effective acquisition of important knowledge and skills in the field of psychological support and first aid. This is a valuable experience, which is the basis for practical skills in responding to a particular emergency situation where help may be needed, " Dilyara Gazizova, head of the Department of psychological Support of the Department of Medical and Psychological Support of the UMTO of the Main Department of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia in the Republic of Tatarstan, told about the objectives of the competition.
The podium of the winners of the qualifying stage was headed by the team "Risk Factor" of the Kazan State Medical University of the Ministry of Health of Russia. The second place went to the team "Adrenaline" of the Kazan Innovation University named after V. G. Timiryasov. And the team of doctors "VIAGRA" also closed the top three of the qualifying stage.
The guys will take into account all the shortcomings that they made at the qualifying stage in order to adequately perform in the semifinals, which will be held in Nizhny Novgorod. At this stage, Kazan students will demonstrate not only excellent theoretical knowledge, but also practical skills in providing psychological support and first aid, defending the honor of Tatarstan among the regions that are part of the Volga Regional Center.
