Neither to drive by car, nor to walk: it is still difficult for fire equipment to drive up to the fire site in Kazan courtyards
In recent years, residential high-rises have been intensively built in Kazan. And therefore, the adjacent territory of high-rise buildings filled with residents ' cars is a familiar picture for city courtyards. Car owners are not always very willing to buy parking spaces in covered parking lots, and leave their cars anywhere. Fortunately, not all yards have such a deplorable situation. Conscientious developers provide for the safety of residents not only regulated barriers with a security guard on duty around the clock, but also gates with an electronic lock. At the same time, the passage to the house territory of private cars is prohibited. And a large free parking lot is provided in front of the house, that is, the yard is completely safe for children to walk and is free for the passage of emergency vehicles. This solution suits both residents and representatives of the Ministry of Emergency Situations.
The conducted preventive raid showed that the problem with the unhindered passage of fire equipment to the house territory still exists. The welfare of most families is growing, each of them has 1-2 cars, and they do not use the parking lot, but park their cars under the windows, in the courtyards. Therefore, such raids are carried out by the Ministry of Emergency Situations in order for car owners to think about the fire safety of their homes and not park their cars anywhere. Also, the inspectors of the GPN distributed thematic memos to residents in the courtyards on compliance with the rules of fire safety in everyday life, so that a disaster called "fire"did not come to their house.
