The Head of the Main Department of the EMERCOM of Russia for the Republic of Tatarstan, Lieutenant General of the Internal Service Rafis Khabibullin and the Acting Minister for Civil Defense and Emergency Situations of the Republic of Tatarstan Tahir Karimullin congratulated the EMERCOM employees on the upcoming International Women's Day on March 8.

Representatives of the beautiful half of humanity, who work in the central office and various departments of the Ministry of Emergency Situations, were invited today to a solemn reception to the head of the Tatarstan Central Office of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia. Unfortunately, given the pandemic, the number of people present was limited.

Rafis Khabibullin congratulated the women on the spring holiday, wished them good health, great family happiness, and well-being, and thanked them for their invaluable contribution to the security and development of the emergency department in the Republic of Tatarstan. The head of the Ministry noted that as of March 1, 1,335 women work and serve in the structure of the Ministry of Emergency Situations, including 907 women in the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia for the Republic of Tatarstan (18% of the total number of the Central committee), and 428 women in the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Tatarstan (19% of the total number of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Tatarstan). So, the Search and Rescue Service employs 14 female rescuers. There are 38 female doctors working in the emergency departments. Well, in the fire and rescue units of the Federal Fire Service, 219 women serve, which is 6% of the total number of employees and employees of the FFS.

Of course, one of the most popular female professions in the Ministry of Emergency Situations is dispatcher. This is not as simple and monotonous work as one might imagine. After all, the first person who learns about the incident and hears a call for help is the dispatcher on duty. The lives of many people often depend on how he reacts to the signal and what he does.

The work of a psychologist of the Ministry of Emergency Situations in Tatarstan is an exclusively female profession for 11 beautiful ladies. They perform work on psychological support of personnel, but provide such necessary psychological assistance to victims and their relatives during the elimination of the consequences of an emergency.

There are also women in the Ministry of Emergency Situations who hold the positions of inspectors of the State Supervision Service and the State Inspectorate for Small Vessels, specialists in the field of civil defense and emergency protection. The professions of accountants and economists, HR specialists and lawyers, and logistics support are in high demand. And these are not only ordinary performers, but also the heads of subordinate institutions and departments and departments of the Central Executive board and the ministry.

The head of the main department noted that the women's team of the Ministry of Emergency Situations can always be relied on in a difficult moment. After that, a solemn flower ceremony and a tea party with heart-to-heart conversations took place.

Such family-like warm meetings were held on the eve of the spring holiday in all departments of the Ministry of Emergency Situations.

So, in the Crisis Management Center of the Main Department of the EMERCOM of Russia in the Republic of Tatarstan, beautiful ladies were also honored. In a solemn atmosphere, the head of the CCS, Lieutenant Colonel of the internal Service Alexander Alexandrov, congratulated the female half of the team, then the beautiful half of humanity was presented with gifts and a festive table was set with a magnificent cake.
