The organizers of the Kazan winter drift Championship UGOL of the 2021 season on the ice of the Volga did not take into account the requirements of the legislation in the field of safety
Kazan SISV inspectors saw 45 cars on the ice of the Volga River near the Arakchino Yacht Club during a raid on January 9. Prior to this, the" Emergency Call Service-112 " addressed to SISV received an appeal from a citizen who saw cars on the ice, but did not notice rescuers nearby.
Unfortunately, the organizers of the Kazan UGOL Winter Drift Championship of the 2021 season on the ice of the Volga did not take into account the requirements of the legislation and, thereby, endangered the lives of participants in the competition in the fashionable motorsport of young people.
As a result, all cars left the dangerous place, and the organizers moved the competition to the KAZAN RING circuit.
The SISV inspectors handed over the materials on violators to the administrative commission of the municipality for making a decision on punishment.
