Three times he is the best Russian guard chief of the fire-rescue unit!
For the third year in a row, senior Lieutenant of the internal service Nikita Semashkin, a representative of the Main Department of the EMERCOM of Russia in the Republic of Tatarstan, won the title of "Best chief of the guard of the EMERCOM of Russia". Over the past year, the three-time winner of the all-Russian festival on safety and rescue "Constellation of courage" moved to serve from Kazan to Naberezhnye Chelny in the fire and rescue unit 56 of the 15th fire and rescue squad of the FFS in the Republic of Tatarstan.
The main qualities of the head of the guard are discipline, responsibility, and sociability. You also need to be psychologically stable and constantly develop your physical strength and strength of mind. Already on arrival at any fire, the guard must work like clockwork – smoothly. All actions are honed, each firefighter knows what he is responsible for and what he is doing in the fight against fire. There is no time to build relationships on a fire, there is already work and the account goes for seconds.
