Patrol groups identify violators of the ban on swimming in unequipped areas
Large-scale raids this weekend were carried out in the districts of Kazan in places of mass recreation of people near the water. Alternately, the administrative commissions bypassed the city's beaches, as well as the shores of lakes popular with citizens – Lebyazhye, Glubokoe and Izumrudnoye.
Members of the Commission conducted preventive conversations with vacationers, SRW volunteers distributed memos with the rules of safe behavior on the water.
The inspectors very strongly asked holidaymakers with children not to let children into the water in places that are not equipped for swimming. Recall that in establishing the fact of non-performance of duties on education of minors by the representatives of PD departments of the Ministry have the authority to bring to administrative responsibility under article 5.35 administrative code of the parents of children without adult supervision.
Other violations were also detected and stopped during the joint RAID. According to Igor Savin, chief specialist of the Department of public security of the administration of the Moscow and Kirov districts of Kazan, drivers of cars that were parked in the coastal zone and barbecue lovers were fined for making fires in the forest Park zone.
During only one short RAID, 8 reports were drawn up for various administrative violations.
