In Bugulma a drunk man drowned in an unequipped place for swimming

On July 8, a group of people at the reservoir "Khakimov pond" in Bugulma, drank on the bank, a man dived into the water and began to drown.
Eyewitnesses dragged him to the shore in an unconscious state. The ambulance doctors arrived and pronounced him dead.
This place is not equipped for swimming and is not a place for recreation and bathing of the population. A sold-out "bathing is forbidden" was installed.
According to statistics, about 80% of deaths on the water occur due to citizens bathing under the influence of alcohol, as well as bathing in unequipped and prohibited places.
