On June 24, at 10:00 a.m., celebrations dedicated to the 75th anniversary of the Victory of the Soviet people in the great Patriotic war began with the formation of the personnel of the Kazan garrison. They culminated in a military parade. Exactly 75 years later, day in day with the Red Army parade in 1945 on red square in Moscow. The EMERCOM parade was led by a banner group with the banner of the main Department of the EMERCOM of Russia for the Republic of Tatarstan, which was presented in February 2012.

On behalf of the State Council and the Government of the Republic of Tatarstan, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov cordially congratulated war veterans, home front workers, and military personnel of the Kazan garrison on the 75th anniversary of Victory in the great Patriotic war.
Also on the Millennium square were units of military equipment, including the legendary t-34 tanks, as well as modern equipment – armored cars, armored personnel carriers and "KAMAZ". In the company of the glorious cars of the past years its rightful place was taken by two fire trucks of the mid-20th century from those that were on eternal patrol" on a pedestal in the Main Department of EMERCOM of Russia in Republic of Tatarstan.
Participation in the parade of retro cars in honor of Victory Day is the most honorable reason for the old autos of the fire Department to take off from the pedestal and go on a flight.
