The opening ceremony of the 105th separate post of the state fire service of the Republic of Tatarstan took place in the Shigali cottage village in the Vysokaya Gora district of the Republic of Tatarstan. The new post of fire protection of the Republic of Tatarstan has its own distinctive features. This is the first fire station that was built with funds from a private investor, providing a clear example of a successful public-private partnership. Residents of eight more localities in the suburbs of Kazan and several thousand summer residents in the Vysokogorsky district are now under reliable protection of the Fire service of the Republic of Tatarstan. Moreover, Tatarstan firefighters have the opportunity to get to the Federal highway M-7 in a few minutes to assist in the elimination of the consequences of an accident. Two forest areas are also protected by firefighters.
The new post of the fire service of the Republic of Tatarstan is noticeably different in the best way from its previous "brothers". The spacious building has all the necessary facilities for the service and recreation of the fire guard. The service will be carried out by 23 fire protection officers, while the other posts will have a staff of no more than 11 people. This is due to the fact That the shigali stronghold will have its own gas and smoke protection service – the first among the divisions in the structure of the State fire service of the Republic of Tatarstan - and this is another distinctive feature from other posts. Now firefighters will be able to work in smoke-filled rooms in compressed air breathing apparatus.
Finally, the new unit received as a gift from the government of the Republic of Tatarstan the newest firetruck AC-8 based on the all-terrain vehicle "KAMAZ-43118", equipped with all the necessary fire-technical weapons.
