Inspectors of SISV of The main Department of the Ministry of emergency situations of Russia for the Republic of Tatarstan organized and conducted a joint planned raid to identify violations of current legislation in the field of rules of conduct on water bodies of the Republic of Tatarstan. A mobile group on two boats consisting of inspectors of the SISV Center, representatives of the state Committee for animal Affairs of the Republic of Tatarstan and the Ministry of ecology of the Republic of Tatarstan went to search for potential violators.

Representatives of each Department have their own tasks. Employees of the Ministry of emergency situations identified violations when using small vessels, representatives of the state Committee for animal Affairs of the Republic of Tatarstan - stopped any attempts to fish from a boat during the spawning ban in force in the Republic of Tatarstan until June 5, and "ecologists" fined motorists for entering the protected coastal territory at a distance of less than 200 meters from the shore.

The" walk" on the Volga was conducted downstream from Kazan to the Blue Bay.

Among the main identified "reasons" for the Protocol – violation of the rules for managing a small vessel and violation of the rules for ensuring the safety of passengers. This is usually overloading and the lack of life jackets.

Sports, entertainment, public and other events with 20 or more participants are not allowed on the territory of the Republic of Tatarstan. And all beaches are places with a mass concentration of people. Therefore, the beaches will be officially open only after appropriate changes are made in the legislation on sanitary and epidemiological situation, - said Yuri Venediktov, chief state inspector of the Republic of Tatarstan for small vessels.
