Employees of the Naberezhnye Chelny fire-rescue garrison together with employees of the all-Russian voluntary fire society of the city of Naberezhnye Chelny, due to the coronavirus pandemic, for the first time after a break associated with the pandemic, held classes on fire and technical minimums using a video conferencing system.
Assistant of the chief of the guard 72 firefighting and rescue part 15 fire and rescue squad of FFS SFS of EMERCOM of Russia in the Republic of Tatarstan Kamil Ganiev dismantled such issues in a class:
- how to properly use primary fire extinguishing agents at the initial stage of a fire;
- how to evacuate a smoke-filled building;
- how to provide first aid.
Kamil Ganiev also announced what administrative actions are imposed in the form of fines on the heads of facilities for violations of fire safety measures.
