Pay tributes to fallen firefighters at the updated memorial

Today, in honor of the Day of fire protection of Russia, which this year celebrated its 371 year and in honor of the upcoming 75th anniversary of the great Victory the leadership of the Main Department of EMERCOM of Russia for the Republic of Tatarstan and Ministry of emergency situations of the Republic of Tatarstan laid flowers to the memorial of the fallen in the line of duty employees of fire protection. Especially for the day of professional holiday of firefighters, as well as the 75th anniversary of the Victory in the great Patriotic war and the 30th anniversary of EMERCOM of Russia the main Shrine of the employees of the Central Board of EMERCOM of Russia has acquired new look after reconstruction.
After discussion at the public Council of the Ministry of emergency situations of the Republic of Tatarstan, it was decided to memorialize the names of not only those who died at the post of fire protection, but also five Tatarstan heroes Of the Soviet Union who participated in the battles of the great Patriotic war and served in peacetime in the fire protection.
These are their great names:
1. Hero of the Soviet Union Gazinur Gafiyatullovich Gafiatullin, was born in 1913 in the village of Sugushla, Bugulma district of the Tatar ASSR. In 1939, he worked as a fireman in the collective farm "Krasnogvardeets" Bugulminsky district. On may 8, 2015, Bugulma hosted the Grand opening of the stele in honor of Hero of the Soviet Union Gg Gafiatullin.
2. Hero of the Soviet Union Mikhail Sergeevich Fomin, was born on September 25, 1923 in the village of Bondyuga then Yelabuga district. After graduating from high school, he worked at a factory in the fire Department. A street in the city of Mendeleevsk is named after him and a memorial plaque is placed on the school where he studied.
3. Hero of the Soviet Union Georgy Filippovich Yashin, was born on April 17, 1907 in the village of Berli in the Vysokogorsky municipal district. George Fillipovich was awarded the title of Hero of the Soviet Union on July 21, 1944. In 1945, he was demobilized. Lived in Kazan. He worked in the fire Department of the Ministry of internal Affairs of the Republic of Tatarstan until 1951. Yashin Georgy Filippovich died on September 12, 1957. He was buried at the Arsk cemetery in Kazan.
4. Hero of the Soviet Union Vilen Ivanovich Burmistrov was born in 1925 in the village of Bondyuzhsky Zavod, now the city of Mendeleevsk. After graduating from grade 7, he worked at a local chemical plant. Streets in the cities of Mendeleevsk and Yelabuga are named after the Hero. On the building of the school in Mendeleevsk, where the Hero studied, there is a memorial plaque.
5. Hero of the Soviet Union Mikhail Yegorovich Sergeev, was born on January 28, 1924 in the village of Timershik, Sabinsky district. Mikhail Yegorovich was awarded the title Hero of the Soviet Union on March 24, 1945. In 1946, Sergeant Sergeev was demobilized. In 1955, he graduated from the Kharkiv fire technical school. Lived and worked in the town of Neftekumsk in Stavropol Krai.
Not all of them lived to see the Victory, but each made a huge contribution to its early achievement, and their exploits were deservedly appreciated by the Motherland with the highest awards of the Soviet Union.
