On April 30, 1649, Tsar Alexey Mikhailovich Romanov signed the "Decree on the Gradsky deanery" - the first official document on the creation of a professional fire protection.
For a number of years, thanks to the support of the President of Tatarstan, the State Council and the Government of the Republic, heads of municipalities, a huge joint work has been carried out to improve the fire prevention system, introduce advanced technologies and modern equipment. Effective fire safety systems have been created and are functioning in our Republic. The basis of this system is territorial and contractual divisions of the Federal fire service, divisions of the fire service of the Republic of Tatarstan, departmental and voluntary fire protection.
