Hydrological and ice conditions
On the Kuibyshev reservoir, the water level at the settlement of Verkhny Uslon is 53.47 m (+8 cm), the mark of the dangerous critical level is 54.24 m. On the Nizhnekamsk reservoir near the city of Naberezhnye Chelny, the water level is 63.18 m (-13 cm), the mark of the dangerous critical level is 65.9 m. On the lower reaches of the Nizhnekamsk hydroelectric power station, the water level is 55.43 m (+25 cm), the mark of the dangerous critical level is 60 m.
In accordance with the recommendations of the Interdepartmental working group on regulating the modes of operation of reservoirs of the Volga-Kama cascade (session of 19.03.2020), taking into account the current hydrological and water management situation for the period from 21.03.2020 to 10.04.2020 inclusive, the following modes of operation of the Zhigulevsky hydroelectric complex are established with average daily discharge costs:
21.03.2020-31.03.2020 - 12500-13500 cubic meters / s,
01.04.2020-08.04.2020 - 14000-14500 cubic meters / s,
09.04.2020 - 17000±500 cubic meters / s,
10.04.2020 - 21000±500 cubic meters / s
As of 02.04.2020, 1 low-water bridge was flooded:
1. n. p. Urnyak, R. B. Cheremshan, Nurlatsky Mr.
The actual level is 190 cm (0 cm);
The level of the beginning of flooding of the roadbed of the bridge is 180 cm.
The height of the overflow over the low-water bridge is 10 cm.
On the territory of the Republic, 90 places of mass access to the ice are under control, as of 02.04.2020, 10 places are used.
