SISV employees recommend owners of small vessels to adhere to the Rules for using water bodies
In accordance with clause 2.2. "Rules for the use of water bodies for navigation on small vessels in the Republic of Tatarstan" (approved by the Decree of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan dated October 15, 2007 No. 562) navigation of small vessels on navigable reservoirs is allowed from the moment of opening navigation to its closure, and on non - navigable ones-after the decline of flood waters before the start of ice.
In the case of a small vessel entering navigable reservoirs before the opening of navigation and non-navigable ones until the flood waters recede in accordance with part 1 of article 11.8. The administrative code of the Russian Federation provides for the imposition of an administrative fine in the amount of five thousand to ten thousand rubles (as amended by Federal Law No. 217-FZ of 26.07.2019).
