Meetings of fire and technical commissions (FTC) with the involvement of employees of the 8 fire and rescue squad at the largest city-forming enterprises of Zelenodolsk are held twice a year. They sum up the results of work for the past half-year and set tasks for the upcoming period.
The management of enterprises pays great attention to improving the level of fire protection. Delivery and installation of automatic fire alarm systems, automatic fire extinguishing systems, equipment repair, purchase of fire equipment, primary fire extinguishing means - all necessary measures of a fire-fighting nature are carried out in a timely manner. Thus, the cost of JSC Zelenodolsk plant named A.M. Gorky for fire prevention measures in the past year amounted to 1 million 611 thousand rubles. JSC "POSIS" has spent 20 million 35 thousand 240 rubles for this purpose.
In addition, the management of both city-forming enterprises allocated funds and supported a charity campaign to install Autonomous fire detectors in places where large families, single pensioners and veterans live. With the help of personnel of 34 and 52 fire and rescue units, about 300 fire sensors were installed in the homes and apartments of factory workers and respected veterans of production.
