The state Council adopted the law "About civil defense in the Republic of Tatarstan”
Today, at the seventh session of the State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan of the sixth convocation, the Law of the Republic of Tatarstan "About civil defense in the Republic of Tatarstan" was adopted. The draft law was presented to parliamentarians by the head of the main Department of the EMERCOM of Russia for RT Rafis Khabibullin.
He noted that until today there was no such law in the Republic of Tatarstan, since legislative regulation in the field of civil defense was exclusively the responsibility of Federal agencies. In connection with the adoption of Federal Law No. 84-FZ of May 1, 2019 "About amendments to the Federal law "About civil defense", these powers were granted to state authorities of the subjects of the Russian Federation.
The submitted draft law regulates relations in the field of civil defense organization and management and defines the powers of state authorities of the Republic of Tatarstan.
The state Council adopted the draft law as a whole.
