Inspections of retail outlets selling pyrotechnics began in the Republic
Inspectors of the State fire supervision began carrying out raids to check compliance with fire safety requirements in outlets that sell pyrotechnic products.
Recall that violation of the rules of storage and sale of pyrotechnic products can lead to tragic consequences.
During the new year holidays of 2018-2019, 4 people, including 2 children, were injured as a result of the use of pyrotechnic products on the territory of the Republic.
Violation of fire safety requirements committed in a special fire regime (part 2 of article 20.4 of the administrative Code) provides for the imposition of an administrative fine:
- for citizens in the amount of two thousand to four thousand rubles;
- on officials-from fifteen thousand to thirty thousand rubles;
- on legal entities-from four hundred thousand to five hundred thousand rubles.
