Rustam Minnikhanov presented the order of Honor to the head of the Main Department of EMERCOM of Russia in RT Rafis Khabibullin

By the decree of the President of the Russian Federation V. V. Putin, the head of the Main Department of the EMERCOM of Russia in the Republic of Tatarstan, Lieutenant General of the internal service Rafis Khabibullin, was awarded the order of Honor for high personal performance in official activity.

Today the President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov presented the high state award of the Russian Federation. The ceremony was held at the Republican meeting in the government House of the Republic of Tatarstan.
