Tatarstan announced acceptance of applications from NCIs for the competition to provide subsidies from the budget of the Republic of Tatarstan for the implementation of socially significant projects

From July 15 to August 23, 2019, the Ministry of economy of the Republic of Tatarstan will accept applications from non-profit organizations of the Republic of Tatarstan for a competition to provide subsidies from the budget of the Republic of Tatarstan to non-profit organizations implementing socially significant projects.

The competition is held in accordance with the Procedure for granting subsidies from the budget of the Republic of Tatarstan to non-profit organizations implementing socially significant projects on a competitive basis, approved by the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan from 08.08.2017 № 565 (as amended on 12.07.2009 № 568) (hereinafter – the Order), in two directions:

1) development of civil society institutions and civil initiatives. Within the framework of this direction, the Competition is held in the following categories:

formation of intolerance to corrupt behavior in society;

development of charity and volunteerism, Patriotic education of youth;

strengthening civil unity and interethnic and interreligious harmony;

identification of the best practices of non-profit organizations, the spread of successful social technologies;

development of civic competencies, skills and traditions of constructive dialogue in the discussion of social and political issues;

events dedicated to the 100th anniversary of the Tatar Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republic;

2) creating conditions for improving the quality of life of citizens. Within the framework of this direction, the Competition is held in the following categories:

development of social and cultural space of municipalities, improving the quality of leisure and access to cultural goods, the development of tourism and hospitality;

creating conditions for active longevity;

development of mass sports, including inclusive forms of sports and recreational and sports activities, and promotion of healthy lifestyles;

development of additional education, digital education, scientific,technical and artistic creativity;

development of the system of continuous environmental education and public education.

The participants of the Competition may be NCIs registered in accordance with the procedure established by law and carrying out activities on the territory of the Republic of Tatarstan in accordance with their constituent documents, provided for in article 31.1 of the Federal law "On non-profit organizations", not less than one year before the date of announcement of the competition.

To participate in the Competition, the application is submitted in the prescribed form personally by the applicant or his authorized representative on paper and electronic media, in electronic form through the portal of state and municipal services of the Republic of Tatarstan or sent by mail with a note "To the competition" at the address: 420021, Kazan, Moskovskaya str., 55, KAB.106 (documents sent by mail must have a stamp with the date of dispatch) with the application:

copies of the Charter of a non-profit organization;

copies of the reporting for the previous financial year submitted by the non-profit organization to Management of the Ministry of justice of the Russian Federation for the Republic of Tatarstan according to the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of April 15, 2006 No. 212 "About measures for implementation of separate provisions of the Federal laws regulating activity of non-profit organizations»;

the certificate signed by the head and the chief accountant of the non-profit organization confirming absence of the overdue debt on return to the budget of the Republic of Tatarstan of the subsidies, the budgetary investments provided including according to other legal acts, and other overdue debt to the budget of the Republic of Tatarstan;

the reference signed by the head and the chief accountant of the non-profit organization about non-receipt in the current financial year or for the date of the beginning of competition of means from the budget of the Republic of Tatarstan according to other legal acts on the purposes established by the Order;

copies of the current license (for activities under the project subject to licensing);

inventory of attached documents containing the names of all attached documents.

One NCI can submit only one application, providing for the implementation of the project for a period not exceeding 12 months.
