Yuri Venediktov: in Tatarstan, 16 of the 34 beaches are approved
This was announced today by the Chief state inspector of small vessels Yuri Venediktov during a briefing for the media, timed to the beginning of the opening of the swimming season in the country.
His report Yuri Venediktov began with the announcement of the sad statistics of victims of the water element since the beginning of 2019 - 7 people were died in Tatarstan, 27 – managed to be saved.
In total since the beginning of 2019 on water objects of the Republic of Tatarstan it is registered:
- accidents – 15 (APPG – 18), a decrease of 16%;
- died – 7 (APPG – 7, including 1 child);
- saved – 27 (APPG – 31, including 5 children), an increase of 13%.
There are 34 beaches, on the results of technical examinations, today committed only 16 - continued Yuri Venediktov. - 11 beaches from the officials responsible for the operation of beaches received appeals to postpone the technical examination. The main reason is the low water level.
The main task of these groups:
- carrying out preventive conversations with vacationers to bring the rules of conduct near water bodies;
- suppression of cases of bathing in a state of alcoholic intoxication (one of the main causes of death in the bathing season) and about the prohibiting sold-out.
For bathing in an unequipped place violators can be brought to administrative responsibility under article 3.10 administrative Code of the Republic of Tatarstan (Violation of the rules of protection of life on water bodies in the Republic of Tatarstan), which entails a fine for citizens from one thousand to one thousand five hundred rubles (for officials - from four thousand to five thousand rubles; for legal entities - from forty thousand to fifty thousand rubles).
