Honing skills in search and rescue operations: the third day of the Republican competition “School of safety”
Today in the camp of the Republican stage of the competition "School of safety" day of search and rescue operations. According to legend, not far from the place where the guys are located, there was an explosion at the boiler with emissions of emergency chemical toxic substances.
This year, the organizers have tried to include in this distance all possible stages that are possible according to the position of these competitions. At a distance of four locations are presented – a rescue on the water conditional victim, search for victims in the polluted area and in the forest with the use of climbing equipment, and first aid for various injuries. The team chooses the order of these locations itself.
The team had to put on personal protective equipment, answer a number of theoretical questions from the judges, as well as demonstrate their practical skills in providing medical assistance in applying tires and performing six bandages on various parts of the body and head.
Tomorrow final competition - "Fire lane", after the passage of which will take place solemn rewarding of a winning team.
