With the preventive raid, the inspectors of Gospozhnadzor, together with representatives of the police and the municipality came today in the garden non-profit society "Observatory", which is located in the Oktyabrsky village of Zelenodolsky district. Prior to the raid, a meeting was held with the chairmen of horticultural societies located on the territory of the October rural settlement. Was a senior investigator of the Department of Supervisory activities and preventive work in Zelenodolsk municipal district Oleg Kostin.
The preventive raid was also attended by journalists of the Republican media to once again inform the population about the prohibitions imposed in Tatarstan from April 25 to May 10 in connection with the beginning of the special fire regime. Within this special regime it is forbidden not only to burn dry grass and garbage, but also to use open fire for cooking, including – to kindle fires and cook kebabs on the grill.
Rafis Khabibullin, head of the main Department of EMERCOM of Russia for Tatarstan, said today at a meeting in the House of the Government of Tatarstan that the growth of fires in the current year is due to a significant number of fires of dry grass, debris, stubble and reeds in April. So in the period from 1 to 30 April, 546 fires were registered in open areas with a total area of more than 430 thousand square meters, which is 2.6 times more than last year (APPG – 207 fires with a total area of 9.5 thousand square meters). For reference: from 546 fires: 365 – garbage, 138 – dry grass, 41 – reeds and 2 – stubble.

Kazan – 178 cases (APPG – 72, growth of 2.5 times),
Nizhnekamsk region – 48 cases (APPG - 16, 3 times growth),
Elabuga – 37 cases (APPG – 11, 3.4 times growth),
Vysokogorsk – 36 cases (APPG – 2, growth in 18 times),
Almetyevsk – 28 cases (APPG – 16, +75%),
Zainsk – 24 cases (APPG - 7, 3.4 times growth),
Laish – 23 cases (APPG - 4, growth in 5,8 times).
Bugulma – 21 cases (APPG - 8, height 2.6 times).
