The main Department of EMERCOM of Russia on RT warns about inadmissibility of burning of a grass and garbage
The perpetrators of the burning of the herbs bear administrative responsibility. In accordance with Art. 20.4 of the administrative Code violation of fire safety rules punishable:
part 1 in the form of a warning or administrative fine:
for citizens in the amount of two thousand to three thousand rubles;
on officials - from six thousand to fifteen thousand rubles;
for persons engaged in business activities without forming a legal entity - from twenty thousand to thirty thousand rubles;
for legal entities - from one hundred and fifty thousand to two hundred thousand rubles.
In addition, such actions can cause a large fire and lead to human casualties and then the perpetrators of the fire will be criminally liable under Art. 168 ("Destruction or damage to property by negligence"), Art. 261 ("Destruction or damage to forest plantations") of the criminal code provides for criminal liability for violations of fire safety requirements.
