Departures of fire Department on carrying out of rescue works at liquidation of consequences of accident – 2 times, 1 person was rescued.

10.04.2019, 20.24, Kazan, Novo-Savinovsky district, Fatykh Amirkhan street, near the house №105, building 2.
Burning a mattress and garbage on the open ground near the heating duct. The fire area of 5 square meters. As a result of the fire, a citizen without a certain place of residence, born in 1967, with thermal burns of the trunk and upper limbs of the 3rd degree (40%), was hospitalized in the burn Department of the Republican clinical hospital of the city of Kazan. The preliminary cause of the fire is careless handling of fire.

At 11.45 on April 10 it was reported that in Kazan on the Volga river at p. Arakchino opposite the yacht club, closer to the lighthouse there had been drowning a man (the connection is interrupted,it was hard to hear the subscriber). Inspectors SISV and the rescuer of ZSRS left to a scene on SVP "Slavir". On arrival to a place of a call examined the water area of the river, found the dog floundering in a water, the rescuer in a wetsuit took the dog from under water to a surface, the animal was warmed in a cabin of the vessel on an air cushion, then, brought to the coast and released.
The main Department of EMERCOM of the Russian Federation in the Republic of Tatarstan warns:
- do not abuse alcohol, never smoke in bed!
- do not leave children unattended, teach them basic safety rules;
- never use faulty wiring, do not overload the power grid, be careful when using electric heaters;
- do not leave the included electrical and gas appliances unattended.
The main Department of EMERCOM of Russia in the Republic of Tatarstan appeals to residents not to leave children unattended.
- It is especially dangerous to leave children alone in locked apartments or rooms. In case of a fire they can't get out of a burning building out.
- Remember: the duty of every adult is to stop playing with fire, to explain to children it’s danger.
- Take care of the safety of your children, explain them that in case of a fire you need to leave the room immediately, and then call the emergency number "112".

Remember: fire does not occur by itself. His reason are human negligence and carelessness in handling fire. In a state of alcoholic intoxication, a person loses control over himself and his actions, and even can not bear any responsibility for the life of another person.
