The emergency workers from Tatarstan demonstrate the skills of providing emergency psychological aid.
Today firefighters and rescuers from Tatarstan pass the first stage of the all-Russian competitions "Human factor-2019". All-Russian competitions are held for the sixth year on the initiative of the center for emergency psychological assistance of the Ministry of emergency situations of Russia in order to ensure accessibility and improve the quality of psychological support and first aid to citizens in case of accidents and other situations that threaten people's lives.
Both professional rescuers and students take part in the competition "Human factor". Teams of universities, institutions of secondary professional education and public youth associations participate in the student League. In the professional League – a team of professional rescue services, rescue units and divisions of the Federal fire service of the state fire service of the Ministry of emergency situations of Russia.
The winner teams of the first stage will meet in June 2019 in Moscow to determine the best professionals of the EMERCOM of Russia in providing psychological assistance in emergency situations.
