Currently, the situation that has developed as a result of heavy snowfalls, is of particular concern to the main Department of EMERCOM of Russia in Tatarstan. Unfortunately, not all officials of municipal bodies, institutions and organizations quickly and efficiently fulfilled their duties to eliminate the consequences of heavy snowfall.
Now many fire hydrants and access roads for fire equipment are littered with snow, which can significantly affect the arrival time of fire units and fire extinguishing, especially in buildings with mass stay of people. Therefore, special attention should be paid to public services to clear the way to these institutions. Also, the heads of such institutions, who can organize snow removal on their own (for example, to declare a clean-up in schools), should not be left aside.
Also, heavy snow load on the roofs of buildings and structures can lead to collapse. Therefore, special attention in the management of objects (especially in the mass stay of people) should be paid to cleaning the roofs of snow.
